Wayne and his friends are starting a new adventure. They are planning on taking 5-9 acres of land here in Southeastern KY and build 1-2 bedroom duplexes. They plan on doing all the work themselves and filming it for TicTok. The hope is to show and others to do DlY projects around the house or even how to build a house of your own.

These houses may be smaller size less than 1000 sq feet but they will be nice with lots of amenities. Each will have 0.3 to 0.5 acres of land each for outside activities. They are going to use various floor plans to have variety in the subdivision.

Wayne is so serious he bought a excavator for me for Mother's Day this year. This way they can dig their own foundations and lines for plumbing and electric. I know I feel lucky this year. In the past I have gotten a dump truck, boom truck and tractor for various holidays.

They plan on starting this summer to get the first duplex completed in 2 months from start to finish and then get it up and rented to start the next set. Solid plan. They have already built a trial house here as a hay barn in only 2 weeks which would need to be enlarged and finished to be one of their proposed houses.
